Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Orders received after 3.00pm Monday to Friday may not be despatched until the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the next working day. Our standard carriage charge for deliveries to mainland UK addresses is £11.50. Carriage charges for some offshore UK locations and foreign countries will vary depending on the location, the shipment dimensions, the total shipment weight and the number of boxes/cartons/pallets being shipped. We can also offer premium delivery options, such as, timed next day deliveries and Saturday deliveries, for an increased cost. Please contact the office for a quote on these delivery options. Due to weight and dimensional considerations, some shipments may be classed as freight and will incur increased carriage charges. We can inform you of these charges prior to shipment.
If for any reason you have to return any items to us, please contact us by telephone or E – Mail to arrange this before sending any items to us. It is your responsibility to return any items to us on a tracked delivery service, at your cost, unless we agree to send one of our carriers or delivery drivers to collect. We cannot accept any liability for any returns that have not been sent on a tracked delivery service which we do not receive. If we send items directly to your customer on your behalf that you wish to return, these items must be sent back to you first, so you can check them and then arrange the return with us. We will not accept any returns sent directly back to us from your customers premises.
If the items you are returning are being sent back to us due to an error on our part, such as supplying incorrect goods, or, if the items are returned to us due to a fault or other quality problem, we will credit reasonable freight costs you have incurred in sending the items back to us. If you are returning items to us due to an ordering error by you, or you no longer need the items, we will not credit any of the carriage or freight charges incurred by yourselves.
We will issue a full credit for all goods that are returned, if some of the items are missing, we will only issue a credit for the goods we receive and your freight charge if applicable. We will not refund goods that are returned damaged or in an unsaleable condition, have been used or show signs of wear. We may reduce the amount of the credit we will issue if any additional costs are, or have to be, incurred to return the items to a saleable condition. This will be at our discretion.
We will not be able to issue a credit or accept any returns for items that have been manufactured specifically for you, or to your specifications or have been personalised in any way, for example logo’s being applied or special finishes. We may charge a re-stocking fee for certain items that we have had to obtain for you if they are not part of our core range. This will be agreed before we agree to accept the items back. We may also not agree to accept any returns for any items that have been purchased when they are on a special promotion.
Items that are returned to be credited which were on sale or reduced in price when originally bought will only be credited at the original purchase price and not the purchase price that we are selling the items for when they are returned.
Once we have raised a credit this will stay on your account, to use against future orders or we will re-pay the credit to you either by Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer depending on how the original order was paid.
We may agree to exchange any items that you return to us, however, we reserve the right to not offer any exchanges for any items. If we do offer any exchanges where there is a price difference between the original item(s) and the exchanged item(s) you will be required to pay any difference or if the exchanged item(s) are cheaper we will refund the difference, less any re-stocking costs, repair costs or additional carriage and freight costs to have the exchanged items sent back to you.
