M3 Electrical Fully Automated Machine

The M3 machine is a versatile machine used for attaching metal or plastic snap fasteners to a range of materials.

Widely used for setting “poppa” fasteners, where the cap or open prong component is common on both male and female side of the fastener set. For example for setting plastic snap fasteners into duvet covers, or metal prong snaps into workwear.

The M3 machine has 3 feeders. One feeder accommodates the “common” part (cap) with one feeder each for the stud and socket components

M3 machine is hugely versatile, provided with a programmer,which enables all male fasteners, or all female fasteners to be set or for male and female parts to be inserted alternately.
